Jewellery Care

How To Care For Your Jewellery

To keep your pieces looking their best, please follow the care guidelines below.

General Care Tips
  • Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Keep pieces in individual pouches or a lined jewellery box to prevent scratching.
  • Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, or exercising.
  • Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, and lotions.
Cleaning Your Jewellery
  • Gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear.
  • For a deeper clean, use a mild soap and warm water with a soft brush, then pat dry thoroughly.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners unless specified as safe for your piece.
Plated & Gold Filled Pieces

Gold-plated and gold-fill jewellery requires extra care to maintain its finish. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and store separately from other pieces.

Sterling Silver

Silver naturally tarnishes over time. Use a silver polishing cloth to restore its shine, and store in an airtight bag when not wearing.

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is highly durable and resistant to tarnishing, rust, and everyday wear. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly. It is safe to wear during light activity, but we still recommend removing pieces before swimming in chlorinated water or using harsh cleaning products.

Semi Precious Stones, Crystals & Delicate Pieces

Handle with care and avoid knocking against hard surfaces. Some gemstones are sensitive to heat, light, and chemicals — check individual product notes for specific guidance.
